Update Alternate Address
👤➡️🌐 Update Alternate Address Request (Client → WCF REST Service)
This message is sent by the Client to the WCF REST Service to update the alternate address of a user.
The Service validates the request based on the parameters sent and returns the response in string format.
In case of failure, a failure response will be returned.
